The hotel offers a friendly and welcoming service, with high-quality bed linen and a clean atmosphere. There are basic rooms set up with parking availability and a safe area location. Breakfast is also good with friendly staff, and pets are allowed. One can enjoy basic facilities such as tea and coffee and drinking glasses in the room.
One may find some spiders in the room, which could be slightly concerning for arachnophobes.

The breakfast was good and we had the option to bring our pets. The location was also great, easy to access shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the free parking that was provided.
The room was not cleaned during our stay. There were spiders in the room and we had to ask the reception to spray.

The hotel needs a major update as the decor is outdated and some rooms are in poor condition. the shower temperature was inconsistent and difficult to adjust.
